For International Users（海外からの送金方法・Wiseのご案内）
海外在住のお客様は、海外送金アプリ「Wise（ワイズ）」を利用すると、手数料がお安く、最速で日本国内の弊社銀行口座へ直接ご入金いただけます。
Customers living overseas can send payments directly to our Japanese bank account using "Wise".
It is the fastest and most cost-effective way to complete your purchase!
●手順01.Wiseにログイン Log in to Wise
Wiseアプリ、またはWise公式サイトにログインします。
Wiseを初めてご利用の方はアプリをダウンロードし、アカウントを開設します。
Log in to the Wise app or the official website.
If you are a first-time user, please download the app and create an account.

●手順02.受け取り通貨で日本円を選択 Select "JPY" as the receiving currency.
送金画面にて、受取通貨に「JPY（日本円）」を選択し、コアコアでの購入金額を入力します。
On the transfer screen, make sure to select "JPY (Japanese Yen)" as the recipient's currency, and enter the exact total amount of your purchase.
●自国通貨で決済 Pay in your currency
自動計算された現地通貨（HKD、USDなど）の最終金額を確認し、送金手続きを行います。
Check the final amount calculated in your local currency (HKD, USD, etc.) and proceed with the transfer.
振込先口座は銀行振り込み決済完了後に表示される受付ページをご確認ください。
Please check the confirmation page displayed after the bank transfer payment is completed for the destination account details.
①受取人名（Account Holder Name）の欄は、半角カタカナ「ド）コオルコイル」をそのままコピー＆ペーストしてご入力ください。日本の銀行が国内振込を正しく処理するために、カタカナ表記が必須となります。
*IMPORTANT: For the Account Holder Name, please copy and paste the Katakana name "ド）コオルコイル" exactly as it is. Japanese banks strictly require Katakana characters to process domestic transfers correctly.
②Wiseの送金画面の最後に表示される「受取人向けの参考情報（Reference）」の欄に、販売情報番号の15桁を必ずご入力ください。
*IMPORTANT: Please be sure to enter the 15-digit sales information number in the "Reference" field displayed at the end of the Wise transfer screen.
通常、着金から弊社が24時間以内に入金確認を行い、その後商品のダウンロードが可能になります。
Once the funds arrive, we will verify your payment within 24 hours, and your purchased items will be available for download.
